No. We say this with respect. It is the central feature of the experience and the basis of our customer retention.
Is your gear battery powered?
The gear is powered by instinct. The Dot Engine batteries are sold separately, and are ones your human will keep losing.
What is your shipping time?
Standard shipping is 3 to 5 working days. Expedited shipping is 1 to 2 days. Emergency shipping is carried out by a courier who is also a cat, and who may arrive late with a sock.
Do you offer a warranty?
All gear is warranted for 90 days against defects in materials, but not against zoomies.
